Where We Deliver
We deliver nationwide across Kenya through Fargo Courier and rider networks to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.
International shipping is currently not available.
Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
Same-day processing for all fully confirmed and paid orders placed by 3:00 pm (EAT).
Orders placed after 3:00 pm (EAT) are processed the next business day.
We operate 6 days a week, from 9:00 am – 19:00 pm, including Saturday and most public holidays.
Delivery Speeds (Estimated)
Nairobi & surrounding areas: Same day (if ordered before 3:00 pm) or next day
Other major towns: Typically next-day delivery
Remote/outlying areas: 1–2 days depending on courier schedules
These are estimated delivery times. In rare cases (e.g., weather disruptions or courier delays), delivery may take slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, our team will contact you promptly via phone or email.
Delivery Fee (Flat Rate)
KSh 500 per order, Within Nairobi County and for all other counties.
Delivery fees are displayed clearly at checkout before payment
No hidden handling or packaging charges

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS and/or email with:
- A tracking number or rider contact details
- Estimated delivery window

Delivery Window & Attempts
Deliveries occur between 9:00 am and 19:00 pm daily.
If the courier or rider is unable to reach you at the provided address or phone number, a redelivery will be arranged.
Please ensure your phone remains reachable and your delivery details are accurate to avoid delays.
Address Types We Don’t Serve
We cannot deliver to:
P.O. Boxes
Unpinned or unclear locations without a reachable contact number
For faster delivery, please provide a precise address, nearby landmark, and active phone number.
How We Calculate Your Estimated Arrival
Your estimated arrival date = Order processing time (based on 3:00 pm cut-off) + Delivery time (based on your location)
Example:
Order placed to Mombasa at 1:00 pm → processed same day → typically arrives next day.
