Welcome to Daju Technologies. We provide quality technology products and accessories including computers, networking equipment, printers, UPS systems, and other electronic devices. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, and your purchase of products from us. Please read them carefully before using our site.
1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by all related policies including our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

3) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase from our website.
By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.
4) Products & Availability
We offer a range of technology products and accessories as listed on our website.
All products, specifications, and prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
We may limit quantities per order or customer and reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
5) Pricing, Taxes & Promotions
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
We reserve the right to adjust prices, correct errors, or modify promotions without prior notice.
If a pricing or typographical error occurs, Daju Technologies may cancel any affected order and issue a full refund.
Prices exclude 16% VAT and any other applicable taxes.
Promotions, coupon codes, and discounts are subject to their own terms and may be withdrawn at any time.
6) Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our discretion, including cases involving suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or errors.
Order acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch or shipping confirmation.
We accept payments via M-Pesa and cards using Flutterwave payment gateway as well as Cash on Delivery (COD), all methods are displayed at checkout.
For COD orders, its only for Nairobi environs and the rider or courier will collect the payment upon delivery.
In certain cases, we may request verification of payment or identity for fraud prevention.
7) Shipping & Delivery
We deliver nationwide within Kenya through trusted courier and rider networks.
Orders confirmed and paid by 3:00 pm (EAT) are typically processed the same day; those placed after 3:00 pm are processed the next day.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Nairobi & Surrounding Areas: Same day or next day
Other Counties: Next day
Remote/Outlying Areas: 1–2 days (depending on courier routing)
Delivery Fee:
Flat rate of KSh 500 within Nairobi County and for all other counties in Kenya.
Delivery fees are displayed at checkout before payment.

8) Risk of Loss & Title
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the provided address or handover to the designated recipient.
Title to products transfers only after full payment has been received.
Please ensure accurate contact and address information to facilitate smooth delivery.
9) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.
Please review it for eligibility, procedures, and timelines.
Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
10) Warranties & Disclaimers
Some products include manufacturer warranties, which will be stated in the product description or packaging.
Unless expressly stated, all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daju Technologies disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Kenyan law, Daju Technologies, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or revenue arising from your use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
12) Prohibited Uses & Compliance
You agree not to misuse our website or purchase products for unlawful purposes.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
We do not sell restricted or illegal equipment.
Where specific tools, software, or electronics are subject to Kenyan import or usage restrictions, you confirm you meet the legal requirements before purchase.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

Daju Technologies is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, strikes, labor disputes, power outages, government actions, or transport disruptions.

Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably within 30 days of written notice.
If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya, unless otherwise required by law.

If any part of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that or any other right.
